Recommended use:

For children aged 6 to 12, 1 scoop (5g) of powder 1-2 times a day. For people over 12 years old, 3 scoops (15g) of powder 1-2 times a day.

Mix powder with approximately 150-200ml of water, milk, yogurt or with your favorite food/beverage. Use after or during meal.
